Goal for Calmness Mission

We will learn how being present in the moment will bring a wave of calmness into our lives, ultimately finding a tiny bit of peace in the crazy that surrounds us, even if it is just for a moment! Sometimes we may feel like everything around is too much to handle. We feel totally overwhelmed. When this happens, or to prepare for when this happens, we are practicing our superpower of Calmness. By being present in the moment and using our senses to recognize how we feel, we can then control how we react and respond!

5 Steps to Complete the Calmness Mission

Step 1: Download and read the Calmness TinyEbook!

Once you have gathered your supplies, it's time to get creative with the paint! Decorate your rocks. Then, make sure to write "#TSHRocks" and "@tinysuperheroes" on the bottom of the rock with a permanent marker.

Step 2. Complete one or all of the breathing exercises!

You can do one, two or all of them! Some exercises might be more suitable to you than others, so explore and pick the ones that are right for you! You can always adapt them, too! (Remember we love when your sidekicks and parents participate as well. We all need to practice our superpower of Calmness!)
