Follow these steps to keep your Gift Registry private:

• Tap 'Manage a Registry' from the options above.
• Once in your Gift Registry, select ‘Profile’ from the top options.
• Scroll down to the 'Registry Protection' option. 
• Here you can create a password to share with anyone who you would like to be able to access your registry.
