Erika Sinner is a visionary leader and advocate for empathy-driven cultures in corporate and healthcare spaces. As Founder & CEO of DirectorieÂŽ, an Inc. 5000 company, she has helped life science organizations bring 18 pharmaceutical brands to market, ensuring vital medications reach those who need them most. Her expertise spans commercial strategy, market entry, and full product lifecycle management, working with top pharmaceutical companies and startups.

 

Beyond business, Erika is the driving force behind TinySuperheroes®, a nonprofit transforming children’s hospitalsthrough a superhero culture that empowers kids. She also advocates for pet bereavement leave, inspired by the loss of her beloved dog, Kingston, and shares this mission through her book, Pets Are Family. Featured in Forbes, USA Today, Dr. Phil, and more, Erika continues to drive meaningful change.

Jen Williams is a seasoned biotech executive with 25 years of experience in healthcare management. As Chief Operating Officer at TinySuperheroes, she leverages her expertise to drive change in pediatric healthcare, empowering young patients and their families through innovative programs. Jen is committed to transforming children’s hospitals into nurturing environments that foster resilience and joy, ensuring the organization's mission to inspire kids to discover their inner superpowers.

 

Prior to her role at TinySuperheroes, Jen excelled at top biotech firms, including Sanofi, Mallinckrodt, and Vertex, as well as startups like Cadence Pharmaceuticals and Heron Therapeutics. Her accomplishments span early commercial development, successful product launches, and healthcare process improvement, including advocating for legislation to support non-opioid reimbursement to address the opioid crisis.

 

A lifelong champion for community service, Jen is dedicated to coaching and empowering others, recognizing the transformative power of leadership in both healthcare and philanthropy. A former Division I and semi-professional soccer player, she has also served as a collegiate women’s soccer coach. Outside of work, Jen values time with her husband and two children and actively engages in local charitable initiatives. 

Dustin W. Kieschnick, Psy.D.

Dr. Dustin Kieschnick is a licensed clinical psychologist, educator, and researcher dedicated to fostering resilience and empowerment in children and families. With a career spanning clinical practice, research, and organizational leadership, he brings a unique blend of expertise in trauma-informed care, mental health innovation, and community engagement to the TinySuperheroes board.

Dr. Kieschnick serves as a psychologist in private practice, and also part-time as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Weil Institute for Neurosciences, where he provides attachment-based and trauma-informed therapy for families. His work extends to mental health consulting, private practice, and leadership in scalable digital mental health interventions. His dedication to serving vulnerable populations includes extensive work with military veterans, refugees, and individuals navigating trauma and life transitions.

As a passionate advocate for transforming hospital culture, Dr. Kieschnick aligns with TinySuperheroes' mission to empower children overcoming medical challenges. His expertise in resilience-building, psychological well-being, and innovative therapeutic approaches strengthens the organization’s efforts to mobilize everyday heroes nationwide.

Blake Schiller

Executive & Industry Trailblazer | Business & Product Strategist | Mission-Driven Advocate

Blake is an accomplished executive and product strategist with two decades of diverse commercial health leadership across startups and Fortune 500 health-tech and pharma firms. He is also an empathetic and compassionate leader who supports and inspires teams to act with a customer-led approach. Blake has a proven track record of changing markets and transforming organizations as highlighted by ‘firsts’ including being named to Medical Marketing & Media’s inaugural 40 under 40 class, receiving the pharma industry’s first Cannes Lions Health Grand Prix, and commercializing one of the world’s first Digital Therapeutics (DTx). 

 

He brings to the TinySuperheroes Board experiences and skills that intersect strong business fundamentals with innovation, and he will help shape the development of creative strategies that support building the TinySuperhero brand, scaling family engagement and experiences, and impacting the landscape of Pediatric healthcare. Born with a rare birth defect (craniosynostosis), Blake began life with his own TinySuperhero journey with physical deformities and cognitive health risks in early life that led to self-esteem issues through adolescence. Now he’s on a mission to connect others like his younger self to play, experiences, and support that will help them on their epic TinySuperhero quest.Â
