Goal for Happiness Mission

It's stronger than almost any other force in the world. It can change someone's day in an instant. It can impact your sleep, your relationships, even your health. This superpower is Happiness! Everyone has a very simple tool to help us hone in on this superpower: their smile! This month we will be sharing as many smiles as we can. :)

5 Steps to Complete the Happiness Mission

Step 1: Think of all the different ways that you can share a smile!

You can share a smile in LOTS of different ways. The most simple way is just to smile at the people who cross your path. But you can draw a smile with sidewalk chalk, send a smile digitally, or even hand out seeds of happiness! Be creative!

Step 2. Throughout the month, share as many smiles as you can!

Notice when you feel truly happy. When you take a moment to recognize when the superpower of Happiness has filled you up, then you can make it stronger and use it more often!
