Goal for the Love Mission

Love is an important superpower. In order to love others and feel loved by others, it is important to love yourself first. In this Mission we will reflect on the things that fill your heart and the things that you love about yourself! Your goal is to create a heart and fill it with things you love!

5 Steps to Complete the Love Mission

Step 1: Make two lists!

1) On the first list, write down things that fill your heart! 2) On the second list, write down the things you love about being YOU!

Step 2. Cut out a heart!

Using paper, cardstock or any material of your choice, cut out a heart that you will decorate! Thicker material might work best. It can be any size you‘d like, just keep in mind that you’ll be storing it in your toolbox when you’re done!

Step 3. Fill your heart!

Using photos, stickers, paints, markers, and anything else you’d like, fill up your heart! Fill one side with things that fill your heart (you can use your lists for ideas). Fill the other side with the things you love about being YOU!
