Goal for Strength Mission

To build your mental and physical strength! Superheroes train to stay strong. It's easy for us to see how this training makes us physically strong, but what is crucial to true Strength is actually invisible. It's called mental Strength! We need both physical and mental Strength to achieve superhero status! Ants can lift up to 50x their own body weight. Just like ants, you are STRONGER than you look. And there is power in numbers. Thousands of TinySuperheroes will be training together this month to enhance their superpower of Strength! Let's go!

Take a picture of you flexing your muscles! Make sure to wear your Cape in the picture! Post it on social media to amplify the impact!
